Jeff Tatum & The Palomino Moon Band play 80's to current Red Dirt and Country as well as a diverse selection of classic rock for your listening pleasure. These guys have 5 lifetimes of experience playing live music & know how to put on a show!
Our story
Front Man Lead Vocalist and Guitarist, Jeff Tatum, started playing when he was 13 years old, and it didn't take long for him to realize his true talent, which is what launched him into a lifetime of experience in the entertainment business. He has gathered some of the best talent from Missouri and Oklahoma to produce the Jeff Tatum & The Palomino Moon Band over the past 31 years.
Our history
While living in Tennessee, Jeff was one of the founding members of the Blind Farmers with Alan McDonald, Ben Northern, Sammy Baker and later Roy Watts. As Blind Farmers they had the pleasure of sharing the stage with the Georgia Satellites, Guadalcanal Diary, RPM, Bill Lloyd, Randy Foster of Foster and Lloyd, and numerous others. In the mid 1990’s upon returning to Missouri, Jeff formed The Palomino Moon Band playing at all kinds of venues across the U.S. as the band for events sponsored by Coors Ranch Rodeo.

Jeff Tatum and Palomino Moon enjoys showcasing ever-evolving talent from local musicians, so our shows are never the same twice! One show might feature a fiddle or a steel guitar, while the next might have a guest vocalist. The Palomino Moon Band is always the same though...consistent, bold, rich sound from talented musicians with experience that is unmatched!
